Eastern Body Massage differs greatly from Swedish or Holistic Massage in a variety of ways. The muscles are targeted in a different way and the massage goes much deeper using more techniques than a Swedish/Holistic massage.

 

It also follows meridian lines, energy pathways around the body, more closely. These meridians can become blocked by illness, stress, accident or trauma so as many acupuncture/acupressure points are targeted as possible.

 

There are three different massages you can choose from:

 

1 hour back, legs and feet massage

 

1 hour arms, hands, abdomen, shoulders, neck and face massage

 

1.5 hour full body massage (all of the above)

 

A full body massage will work on a physical, psychological and subtle level, thereby creating benefits on all three levels. This is achieved using specific techniques which result in:
